Winter on the Mountain
Our annual Winter on the Mountain music series features six weeks of festive musical performances with artists from all over the state and beyond. Santa will be here, ready to talk with all the kiddos with special appearances on the weekends throughout our Winter on Mountain celebrations! Another special guest this year will be the, the, the Grinch, who will be hanging out with Santa in our rock shop.

Explore the National Natural Landmark Caves
Since 1999, Glenwood Caverns has been welcoming the visitors to see the spectacular natural wonders hidden inside Iron Mountain and now, the caves are officially designated as a National Natural Landmark. Take tours of both King’s Row and the Fairy Caves throughout the day to see amazing sights and learn more about Colorado’s history.

Winter on the Mountain Kickoff Party!
November 23, 2024 – 4pm to 8pm
Enjoy a cozy gondola ride to the winter wonderland and join us to kick off Winter on top of the mountain. You’ll be greeted by the warm, twinkling lights and festive decorations including our musical Christmas tree and Santa’s workshop. Grab a warm holiday drink and roast marshmallows for a delicious smore. It’s a truly magical holiday experience that create lasting memories for the whole family.
