Collection Dates: 11/15/2024 – 11/23/2024
During Gondola Giving, area residents and park visitors are encouraged to donate $25 City Market gift cards which they can bring to the Adventure Park’s base admissions office. In exchange, donors will receive four free Gondola tickets valued at $140 to ride the gondola up to the mountaintop theme park. Tickets can be redeemed anytime throughout Winter on the Mountain which runs through February 2025. In years past, Glenwood Caverns has collected over 273 gift cards, adding up to more $6,825 in donations for LiftUp!
Together, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park and LiftUp are making a positive impact toward the goal of reducing and ultimately ending hunger in our area. We feel combining the missions of our organizations truly creates a special feeling of joy and empowerment in our community. Helping others is a positive experience for everyone and knowing that we are part of this mission and helping to create this type of experience builds a stronger connection to our community.
Winter on the Mountain Kick-Off Party Saturday, November 23, 2024.
- Santa will be there at the kick-off as well as The Grinch and Coca Cola Bear!
- FREE hot cider while it lasts!
- Smores available for purchase – 3 fire pits in the plaza.
- Giant musical Christmas Tree lighting at 6pm.

Winter on the Mountain Kickoff Party!
November 23, 2024 – 4pm to 8pm
Enjoy a cozy gondola ride to the winter wonderland and join us to kick off Winter on top of the mountain. You’ll be greeted by the warm, twinkling lights and festive decorations including our musical Christmas tree and Santa’s workshop. Grab a warm holiday drink and roast marshmallows for a delicious smore. It’s a truly magical holiday experience that create lasting memories for the whole family.
